SHIPPING METHOD - JAMAICA: 

Zipmail, Knustford Express, FedEx

SHIPPING METHOD - INTERNATIONAL: 

Registered Mail, DHL, Fast Track

 

For international customers: DHL and Fast Track will take up to 7 business days to arrive in your country, while Registered Mail will take up top 14 business days.

For local customers: Zipmail may take up to 3 business days to arrive at your post office, and Knutsford Express takes up to 24 hours to arrive at any Knutsford Express branch islandwide. FedEx door to door will take up to 48 hours.

​Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order. For certain extended delivery locations, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 3-5 days of processing time.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes For Overseas Customers

While there will be no additional charges once your order arrives in your country, Shann Craft-Ette ® is not liable for any duties and taxes that may apply to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
